I transport you to these pivotal moments in the city's history and introduce you to some of its most renowned citizens. My goal is for your tour of Saint-Malo to be as enjoyable as it is memorable. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Saint Malo Guided Tours [Brendan Hart] 1. Deposit Requirement: For private tours, a deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required to secure your reservation. The deposit can be made via paypal or credit card on our website's payment platform. The ticketed tours require no deposit. Full payment must be completed on the day of the tour to the start of the travel experience, as detailed in your booking confirmation. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled start date of the travel experience will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date will result in the forfeiture of the 20% deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; if you need to cancel or reschedule within the 7-day period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes. 3. Changes and Modifications: Any changes to the booking, such as date modifications or participant number adjustments, should be communicated to us as soon as possible. Changes requested within 7 days of the start date may not be possible, or may be subject to additional fees and availability. 4. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for the travel experience without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and possibly the full booking amount, depending on the specific service terms. 5. Extenuating Circumstances: In the case of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, governmental travel bans, or other emergencies beyond control, please contact us immediately. Refunds in these cases will be considered on an individual basis. 6.
